About Me

I'm Sarika. My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about human resilience, it is about how we ground ourselves, adapt, and find ways to thrive even when life delivers its most challenging moments.

I use an integrative approach, combing different therapeutic methods including CBT, ACT, trauma work, and mindfulness practices, always tailoring everything to your unique needs and circumstances.

My experience spans both NHS and charity sectors, where I've specialised in crisis intervention and comprehensive mental health support, working alongside adults facing both crisis situations and the quieter struggles that can feel equally overwhelming.

What drives me is the belief that everyone deserves a space for complete honesty without judgment. I understand that reaching out takes courage, especially when you're already managing so much. My role is to offer you practical tools, genuine understanding, and the kind of therapeutic relationship that creates real, lasting transformation. It is just not the  insight, but it is about meaningful change that sticks.

Therapy

Life has a way of collecting weight, whether it is through persistent anxiety, relationships that feel more draining than nourishing, or even past experiences that continue shaping your present, physical health challenges affecting your emotional wellbeing, or moments when everything simply feels like too much.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

In our work together, we'll get honest about what isn't working, and map out practical paths forward. This isn't about quick fixes or surface level adjustments. Instead, we'll dive into understanding your patterns, untangling what feels overwhelming, and building the resilience and self-awareness needed for genuine, sustainable change.

Whether you're working through immediate difficulties, long-standing challenges, or trying to break cycles that keep you stuck, this is your space to be authentic, to heal, and to discover what becomes possible with the right support alongside you.
